Rudy Covarrubias has joined Clean Method as the new Regional Operations Manager.
Mr. Covarrubias brings more than 20 years of experience in managing and directing field operations for several custodial service and building service companies. In particular, he has worked to ensure that large facilities such as universities and airports are kept safe, clean, and reliable. He has managed operations covering millions of square feet and hundreds of employees, knowing what it takes to keep teams motivated while satisfying customers.
“Some of the work I am most proud of involved stepping into situations that needed more structure, clearer communication, and better follow-through,” Mr. Covarrubias says. “I enjoy identifying what is getting in the way and helping the team improve it in a way that lasts.”
