Recurring Cleaning FAQs
What is the difference between janitorial services and recurring or routine services?
While standard janitorial services can be conducted on a one-off basis, recurring—also known as ongoing or routine—janitorial services are done on a schedule according to each customer’s individual needs. We categorize them this way to make it clear to our customers that we will always be there for them, no matter what frequency they may need us.
When do nightly janitorial services take place?
It really depends on the customer. Our operations manager works with each customer individually to determine the best time to access your facility so as to cause the least amount of disturbance possible. A night-time crew can thus work anytime when your business is closed, and will finish the job before your staff arrives to start a new day.
How often do “recurring services” take place?
When we use the term “recurring services,” “ongoing services,” or “routine services,” we’re usually referring to services that take place at least once a week. Many of our customers need daily (or nightly) cleaning. At the beginning of any new contract, our business development and operations managers work together with the customer to fully understand their space and needs, determining with them the best schedule for them.
