Jeanette Monge has joined Clean Method as a Territory Operations Manager, based in the DC–Maryland–Virginia area.
Ms. Monge, originally from Puerto Rico, is moving back to the DMV area after living in Florida for several years. There, she ran her own business, Advantage Cleaning Solutions, for over eight years, gaining deep experience and know-how that she’ll take with her in her new operations role with Clean Method.
“Owning my own business taught me lessons I couldn’t have learned otherwise,” Ms. Monge says. “I’ve done it all, from business development to operations to HR, and more. Above all, though, running a business is about people. If you don’t build relationships and communicate—taking care of your customers and your employees doing the work—processes will only get you so far.”
Clean Method is excited to bring Ms. Monge on board to our growing team, where she’ll help strengthen communication lines between our customers and cleaning crews in the DMV.
