How do you make stone floors last longer?

What is etching?
This is surface damage caused by a chemical reaction. If an acidic substance is exposed to stone flooring it can dissolve the stone’s sealant and leave behind a dull mark on the natural stone. Etching can happen to natural stones such as marble, travertine and limestone.
What is the difference between stone floor cleaning and stone floor restoration?
