Shauna Nuskey has joined Clean Method as Service Coordinator. As a first point of contact between the company and its customers, Shauna relies on her lengthy customer service experience to best represent the team and help our clients find solutions to any problems they may be facing.

Ms. Nuskey previously held several administrative positions, and she also has experience as both a bartender and waitress. “You’ve got to be ‘on’ all the time when you’re in a fast-paced environment like a restaurant or a bar,” she says. “I’ve got a positive attitude, and I’m always looking for ways to communicate with people. It means having empathy and understanding—looking for ways to break through an impasse and find common ground with someone. From there, we can work on solutions together.”

Ms. Nuskey’s optimism and energy are prized attributes at Clean Method, where our goal is always to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers. With her as that initial contact person for the company, we’re assuring our customers of a friendly face and a listening ear right from the start.
