Don Layfield has joined Clean Method as DMV Territorial Sales Manager, with a particular focus on Maryland accounts. With over 40 years of sales experience with companies such as Prudential Financial and Culligan International, the Maryland native will work to grow Clean Method’s business and build up our sales team. “I’m ready to do whatever is needed,” Mr. Layfield says. “Beat the streets, open doors. I’ll do it all.”

Mr. Layfield was the East Coast Director of Sales at Culligan, where he increased annual sales revenue by over $5 million. There, he was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and motivating sales managers and sales representatives. When putting together a new team, he says, “I start by creating an environment where my colleagues are going to like coming to work every day.”

A self-described self-starter, Mr. Layfield should fit in nicely with the Clean Method team, where proactiveness and autonomy are key attributes across the workforce. As our goal is always to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers, Mr. Layfield is a welcome addition who will put those words to action for a generation of new customers.
