Restaurants are a unique business that blends food safety with customer service. A clean and sanitary eating space is of the utmost importance to your dining patrons and critical for a top rating from your local health department. When your community comes for a visit, they want to feel comfortable and enjoy your friendly space. Maintaining a clean environment and sanitary dining and kitchen conditions will provide a pleasant atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Sanitation is Key Anywhere that food and drink is served has a high potential for messes and an equally high level of expected – and required – sanitation. We understand what is needed to stay on top of this type of cleaning. Your Clean Method Team always takes the time to thoroughly sanitize, degrease and wipe up all remnants of food residue and build up on surfaces throughout your kitchen. We pay special attention to provide a sanitary environment in order to avoid foodborne illnesses in your kitchen and your entire restaurant. Not only will proper kitchen sanitation keep a restaurant looking its best, but maintaining that high level of clean will help repel vermin, insects and bacteria.
Be Careful Floors in restaurants can get slippery. With food spills and grease, it’s important to mop and sweep throughout the day to stay on top of messes. It’s also important to do a more stringent vacuuming and mopping job after the restaurant is closed for the night. We make sure to use a sanitizing and degreasing type of product on your floors. A clean floor means a safe floor.
Everyone Loves Clean Look Up! Detailed cleaning of everything above the line of sight should be remembered and addressed. Keeping light fixtures, vents and architectural details clean and dust free adds to the overall positive feeling we all want in a restaurant.
The Basics Everyone loves clean windows and doors, waiting area, and restrooms. These are always addressed in a similar fashion as the rest of you restaurant by keeping these areas sanitized, tidy and free of smudges! These areas are high traffic spaces and should also be monitored on a regular basis.
Remember Carpets Carpets that cover your dining areas need proper care on a routine basis. We provide an extraction service, which is recommended every two weeks. This deep cleaning process ensures your carpets stay fresh smelling and prevents stain build up.
Different Hours of Operation means Different Cleaning Needs Restaurants are typically open 7 days a week. They also typically stay open later in the day than your average 9-5 office or retail business. Some restaurants even stay open late into the night. We will reliably clean and service your restaurant seven days a week, and during the overnight hours when you are closed, or in the early morning hours ahead of opening.
